5.0We had a delightful experience renting from Sarah and Jeremy. The van was perfectly set up for a small family. The rig was easy to drive, comfortable, and had many thoughtful upgrades. We highly recommend their Winnebago Travato and hope to rent from them again in the future.

2.0The main battery of the RV could not hold a charge for more than about an hour or so. We were at a National Park campground, so we were not able to run the generator except for very limited periods. This meant that at night when there was no sun for the solar recharge and no generator we had no lights, no power for the refrigerator an no pump for showers . This meant we were basically camping in a metal tent with no amenities. We paid a lot to rent the RV, so we could have amenities, but when we needed them, they didn't work. We cut our trip short by one day because it just wasn't any fun.
