Exceptional communication and support
Jeremy goes above and beyond, making special trips for needs (e.g., 50 amp connector) and proactively setting up the RV (AC running). He provides thorough explanations, responds quickly to questions, and is flexible with pickup/delivery.
Clean, well-equipped, and functional
Guests consistently describe the trailer as clean, well-equipped, and fully functional. It ensured comfort even in 100-degree weather and was easy for first-time RV users.

5.0The trailer was clean, well equipped, and everything worked. Jeremy is awesome…he made a special trip for a 50 amp connector we needed. He communicates clearly and does exactly what he says he will. We were comfy although the outside temperature was around 100 degrees. Yikes! Cannot recommend too highly!
