Brand new 32' Bunk House RV with massive slide-out for your Moab Vacation RV style.Queen bed, set of bunks, over cab Bunk, table bed and fold out couch bed offer great sleeping arrangements for your entire group. Bath includes full walk-in shower. A/C, Furnace, Generator, Fully equipped kitchen, 5 televisions including an outside TV, DVD/blue ray, awning Each bunk has a TV with DVD. Camping equipment provided include Gas BBQ, camp chairs, all bedding, bath towels and pool/beach towels.We offer delivery and set up service in Moab and the surrounding areas up to 200 mile radius. Additional charges will apply for all delivery and set up outside of Moab and minimum rental periods may apply for delivery over 1 hour away from Moab.You choose your campground, make your reservation and let us know where to deliver and set up for you. Campground fees are separate between you and the campground of your choice and you are responsible for those charges in addition to our rental charges. At the end of your stay we will pick up the RV and remove from your site. All you have to do is show up with your clothes, personal care items and groceries and you're ready for camping. Upon check out, we ask that you clean items used and put away inside coach and make sure you collect all your thing.Delivery and Set up and pick up and self drive for local use is limited to RV parks and dry camping that can accommodate large RVs. We will not set up or allow self driving off paved roads. Examples of areas that are acceptable for dry camping include all campgrounds along Highway 128 in Moab. Camping along Kane Creek up to where pavement ends. No camping beyond Kane Springs. Sand Flats area is permitted as well as RV camping within the State and National Parks.Long distance, self-drive travel will be considered on case by case basis and rates will be quoted individually. (Generally $25-$75 more per night depending on season and estimated travel distance.) Listed rates do not apply to self-drive rentals.We are pet friendly but do require pre-approval on all pets. Additional cleaning fees will be required (+$25) and damage deposit will increase from $500 to $750.Please be aware that the motor coach is equipped with a generator for dry camping and will power all appliances including the AC. However, the waste water is limited to 55 gallons for both Grey and Black water. Off grid camping will require that you are frugal with water usage to avoid having to move coach or contacting pumper truck for eliminating waste tanks.

We will not deliver and set up for dispersement/boondock camping outside of Moab.
