We had a mechanical problem. The owner was very helpful and assisted in resolving the issue quickly. Quick to respond and very accommodating.

It is a great experience to rent this RV for our first family trip to Yosemite. We've learned a lot from the owner before the trip and understand how to take care of this RV.
RV is clean, and everything works well for the 4 days and 3 nights trip in the campsite.
