Eric and Laurel consistently respond quickly, accommodate pick-up/drop-off needs, and offer tips and thorough explanations for the van's operation. Some renters reported issues not disclosed upfront.

The Mystery Machine attracts significant attention from people. It is generally well-equipped and comfortable, with a pleasant driving experience. However, some renters experienced issues with the suspension, TV, onboard battery, and shore power dependent fridge.

3.0Eric was a great communicator, but there were a few issues that weren’t mentioned until we picked up the van. We also found a few problems after the trip started. First, there was an issue with the front-end suspension that wasn’t communicated until we were worried and asked about it. Then, TV didn’t work, and the onboard battery died on the first day. This meant we couldn’t lay the bed down, fans or turn on lights without shore power. Overall, we had a good trip, and the vehicle made it through. However, I was a bit concerned about the suspension driving through the mountains, and I was disappointed that the mechanical issues weren’t discussed beforehand.

5.0Wow what an experience! The Mystery Machine was the perfect vehicle for me. The hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with. They were quick to respond and fix issues. I am beyond satisfied with the trip. I would recommend this host and vehicle to anyone that is looking for a good time. Everywhere I went I was popular.

5.0Such a wonderful trip with the Mystery Machine. This Van is a smile giver. So many people we encountered smiled at us, asked for pictures or waved in our direction! The van is simple drive and comes with everything you need. Eric is an amazing host, flexible and quick to communicate. Will most definitly rent the Van again next year. Thank you for everything!

5.0Mystery machine is practical and comfortable. And what an attention getter! So much fun to rent this rv. Only downside is that the fridge is electric so if you have no shore power, its not usable even with a bag of ice in it. Definitely recommend this one. Looks like we got another mystery to solve!

5.0We had an amazing two week trip to the Rockies in the mystery machine. Such a unique van that attracts lots of attention from young and old! Eric and Laurel had kitted it out with everything we needed. They gave us great tips and advice for our trip.
