Austen and his company were able to step in with a van rental on short notice after our previous booking ran into mechanical issues (different company). He was incredibly communicative off the bat and was reasonably flexible with both pickup and dropoff. Van was clean, ran very well, had built in organization while having some space allowing us to also bring larger equipment, and came with a lot of basic equipment that most campers would need for a trip. Solar panels, batteries, and inverter provided more than enough juice throughout the whole trip. Overall their systems on the van are setup to reliably work to get the job done without being overly complicated.

We had a very positive experience renting a campervan for my adult daughter and I to attend my niece's wedding at a wilderness camp near Castle Rock. Austen was super friendly and helpful throughout the process in answering my many questions prior to rental, picking us up at the airport and accommodating us with compassion when our flight was cancelled and we lost a few days of our vacation. The electric cooler was convenient and better than dealing with ice. The camp stove was handy for quick-serve meals and boiling water for tea, but heavy-prep cooking would have been more of a challenge due to space limitations. I was a bit worried about driving a larger vehicle but the van was easy to maneuver. Be sure to download offline maps before your trip if you plan to travel in wilderness areas.
