Austen was understanding and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, and was consistently described as kind, helpful, and communicative by renters.
Great to drive on road
The van was great to drive and came as expected, suitable for weekend trips. It lacks insulation for cold nights and backcountry use, with water refilling via hose attachment only.

4.0The van was great to have on the road, but wasn’t super insulated for the cold nights and the dispersed camping i had planned for my week. Would more suggest using the van for summer months if going to regular campsites (especially to refill the water tank which is only via hose attachment). I’m really glad I had the van overall and Austin was very kind throughout the process, I just wish the van had been more able to handle my backcountry dream trip.
