Had to replace the water filter (35$). Water had a smell and filter was leaking nasty stuff. (Not reimbursed) The biggest thing tires. when on the way home, first tire blew, there was only a Manual Crank Handle for the stabilizers which bent when trying to get the tire off. Thank goodness my parents were close and came to help. Mom and I stayed with kids while dad and husband went to purchase a 4 way tire iron. Got it changed and back on the road. Then the other one blew. With no spare my dad and husband had to go look for 2 tires. A third was bulging and we weren't taking a chance. I did call roadside assistance and started a ticket but by the time my dad and husband ran around and found tires and got them changed they called back and still didn't have a tech in the area. (we were reimbursed for the tires, however not the money in gas we spent running around trying to find tires and buying the tire iron). JoJo and Mackenzie were very nice and communicated with us and reimbursed us for the tires. However, If it were me I would have given a little more for the trouble and headache. 2.5 hr home took us 7. They also replaced a tire at the end of last season, meaning tires were bad.

Camper was just as it was described and even more please upon seeing it with my own eyes. Host was great and very helpful. Thanks for letting us rent your camper.

McKenzie and Jojo were great! They did everything they could to make our rental experience as good as it could be.
