Check-in ease, unexpected cancellations

Major mechanical, amenity failures
One trip experienced power steering/brakes failure, generator outage, and amenities breaking (awning, dining bed, screens). Other guests noted it was 'well worn' with body maintenance needed, yet 'fully functional' with cold AC.

2.0Mechanics of the rv were terrible. The generator went out completely after arriving to our destination (4 hours away). We had no power, AC, microwave, oven. Every amenity we paid for was no use. Parts of the RV were falling apart. Couldn't use the awning and it was too hot to sleep in forcing us to sleep outside in our tent and forcing us to use our own canopy. The dining table that turned into a bed broke midway while traveling. Power steering and power brakes went out. It took us multiple try's to start the RV. The outside of the RV started cracking and the screens to the inside windows kept popping out. The outside had many bumps and cracks that were cosmetically displeasing. We had to tape some cracks up to prevent further damage. Overall a big waste of money. Wished we went a different route instead of renting RV. Hoping to get our money back.
