4.5Would rent again, very nice unit. Few minor maintenance issues or would be 5 stars. S'more camping was willing to go above and beyond when campsite had issue providing water. This was not their responsibility but they offered to bring a 300 foot hose if that would help. For this they get 5 stars+ in customer service. Also we had agreed on a price but when they were told the location they gave us reduced price (as they an agreement with the campground), this is an honest company, and I respect that, make it 5 stars ++ in customer service

5.0We rented a couger fifth wheel camper for 15 days. Ryan made the process very simple. He was great with communication and meeting times for pick up and delivery. I had a few question questions about the RV and when I called him he picked up the phone. The Couger RV was in great shape and had everything we needed for our trip. We will definitely rent from Ryan again for our next adventure to New England. Jim and Mary
