Security deposits returned within 15 days. any damage photographed and will be line itemed.
Absolutely no smoking inside or next to RV with windows or doors open.
Smoke smells will be professionally cleaned and billed to you.
You must empty your grey and black water prior to departure. We will do this for an additional fee. It is your responsibility to not overflow either of these two storage tanks. Any damage due to overflow will be deducted from your security deposit.
