4.0Kim was an excellent owner/renter and communicator. We communicated a bunch in the months leading up to our trip, allowed us to ask some questions and even add an extra day to our rental the week before we left. The van was clean although apparently the previous renter did not empty the sink brown water before we picked it up so it had an odor when we arrived at our campground. Also, the awning was broken but Kim was planning to get it fixed the week after we returned the van. I’d definitely rent again.

5.0This was the perfect van for a solo trip up to the Redwoods. It has everything I needed. The Ford is much easier to drive than other vans I’ve driven. Kim is a thoughtful host, even picking me up and dropping me off near the airport. The van came fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend for 1-2 people.

Easy... Just use the regular 120amp outlet. Garden house to refill water tank and grey water dump into the dumping station hole.
