Please adhere to the following rules and guidelines: ***Must sign a release of liability agreement before driving away with the RV, no exceptions! ***No smoking inside RV, please keep it outside, this includes ashtrays, cigarettes, cigarette butts, marijuana, tobacco, cigars and vaping. If our furniture and linens smell of smoking, we will keep your security deposit. If smoking is very important to you, please feel free to book an alternative RV. ***Dry camping for experienced RVers only. ***1 dog allowed and must be no more than 25lbs. No pets allowed on top of the bed or furniture. Select the pet add-on for the extra cleaning fee and pinky promise that they are well behaved and won't damage the RV! ***Absolutely no climbing on the roof allowed! If you must get on to the roof in an emergency, please contact us to let us know. ***Be cautious with younger kids on the upper bunk. ***No trips outside of the U.S. will be accepted at this time. ***We have a no festival policy. We do not accept bookings for Burning Man, Lightning in a Bottle, Symbiosis, etc. Thank you for understanding. ***No towing allowed. ***No driving the RV while intoxicated, high, on prescription drugs or other substances where you might be impaired. ***$250 surcharge applies for the following situations: --The vehicle is returned in excessively dirty / muddy condition for either the interior or the exterior. (You must return RV with interior and exterior clean: fridge empty, no trash left behind, swept floor, counters/tables/cabinets wiped down, shower & toilets cleaned, etc.). --Gray water tank and black water tank not empty. --The cabin smells of cigarette or any other type of smoke. --There is extensive pet odor, hair or damage. --The gas tank comes back on or near empty. *****We use this RV for quality family time throughout the year and appreciate you taking care of it as if it were your own.
