Noah offers detailed instructions, good communication, and is agreeable for changes. However, recent reviews note outdated listing photos and undisclosed broken features like the packnplay and counter space.
Worn condition, outdated listing
Recent guests report the trailer is very used, with outdated photos. Key features like the packnplay, counter space, and window shades are broken. The AC is loud and ineffective, beds are hard, and outdoor storage lacks locks. Sewage smell from full tanks also reported.

3.0his travel trailer is very well used. The photos need to be updated. We chose this trailer for the packnplay feature but found out during the walk through, it has been broken for months. A bit of a shock and major disappointment but can adapt. A regular packnplay can fit between the benches if you move the cushions. The extra counter space by the sink was broken off at some point. Some of the shades in the windows do not work to let natural light in. And the AC unit is VERY loud and needs to be cleaned. If you need to have it cool at each end of the trailer, bring fans because the side vents dont work very well. Oh and bring your own linens and pillows. Very used and pillow arent in liners. For the outdoor storage, do not put anything in there if you dont want someone to steal your items. We werent able to lock any of the storage doors. The owner himself, was nice and agreeable when we had to change our dates to another time due to weather. And have 2 people there during walk through to make sure everyone had the right communication. Would we use him and trailer again? Maybe but will definitely be more prepared

2.0Listing photos didn’t match. Chose this rental for a feature it no longer has. The Rv was given to us with full tanks so it smelled like sewage for days. Almost all the blinds were broken. The AC barely worked in the bed rooms so it was very hot. The beds were legitimately hard as wood. Overall just a bad experience.

5.0We had a renovation and needed a way to stay close to home for about a month. We were able to rent this camper and keep it in our driveway. It worked out great! More space that we needed-but we didn't want to feel cramped since we would be staying in it for so long. Had all the necessary things for a home away from home. The host was super helpful with setup and delivery and answering all our questions. Would definitely rent from them again!
