This 4 Season RV comes with a master bedroom, and a separate private kids bunk room equipped with 3 beds, a pullout sofa bed, large rap around dining area which converts into a sleeper, TVs in living room, master bedroom and kids bunk house! You will have all of the luxuries of home and maybe more, with a farmhouse sink, Keurig coffee maker, extra large refrigerator, 50 inch television, outdoor bluetooth speakers, outdoor LED lights, outdoor refrigerator and cook top and so much more! We have the perfect space for any family looking to make those most cherished memories, or maybe you want to finally take that trip out of the group chat and make it a reality. Our camper is the perfect unit to accommodate whatever type of trip you’re planning, while also enjoying the comforts and luxuries of home. The Happy Camper has all of the updated luxuries that you look for in your stay when planning a trip. Start making memories!Bullet points are as follows:

* We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for Covid
* Awnings are not covered by insurance. You are 100% responsible for repairs to all damage.
* We do not allow use of the RV rooftop

* There is NO Smoking allowed in the RV.
* Any evidence of smoking in the unit, transportation relocation of the unit or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire security deposit and authorities will be called.
* Any damages/issues/problems/repairs need to be reported to us immediately. Any damages while the RV is in your care are your responsibility whether you caused them or not, excluding natural disasters.
* Personal property you bring is your responsibility and you release RV owners from all claims for loss or damage to personal property.
