Accommodating but needs cleanliness improvement
Luis is praised for communication, flexible delivery/return, and welcome gifts. However, multiple guests reported significant issues with RV cleanliness (stains, cockroaches) and cluttered storage.
Easy to tow, cleanliness problematic
While guests appreciate the layout, size, and ease of towing, multiple reviewers found the RV very dirty (pee stains, cockroaches, uncleaned areas) with cluttered storage. The outdoor kitchen was inaccurately listed and dirty.

3.0The RV was parked and setup precisely where and when we agreed. Luis was helpful and communicative throughout the booking process. Unfortunately, there is a HUGE BUT!! The RV was awfully dirty. We had pee stains on the toilet. Cockroaches on cabinets and all the cabinets were occupied by stuff so we weren’t able to unpack. You can imagine how uncomfortable this was throughout the weekend. I suggest you do mention the importance of cleaning it throughly and that he empties the storage compartments. Luis seems to be helpful and should be able to accommodate your needs. Advice: take chairs and a huge carpet to have on your entry yo the RV otherwise you’ll be sweeping dust the whole trip.

2.0Overall experience was good. Unit was available when promised and Luis was very flexible with my return time for day of return. Biggest disappointment was the cleanliness and accuracy of the listing. Unit was not clean. We spent a significant amount of time before loading up for our trip cleaning bathroom and kitchen areas that did not seem to have been cleaned for a while. Outdoor kitchen stove was listed as a two burner but is nothing more than a one burner griddle with no low, medium, or hi settings that was also very dirty and had to be cleaned before using. We loved the layout of the camper and it met our needs very well. The accuracy of the listing does lead you to believe that you are getting a much nicer well kept camper than you really are. For a 2021 model camper it is well used.

Do you allow pets?

We always encourage people to bring their fur babies on their adventures. We ask that you please be sure pets stay off the furniture. If possible use pet beds for accommodations. If any damage is noted repairs will be taken from security deposit. We love taking our dogs on hikes but be sure to clean their paws in the outdoor shower whenever possible. $200 fee for non disclosed pets

I will work with any renter to work out deliveries or pickups and try to accommodate as much as possible to coordinate both parties schedules appropriately if possible.
