Extremely Clean 2017 Fifth Wheel
Glamping at its finest in a camper that includes a Queen size bed in Master bedroom, couch that folds out to a bed, Dinette that folds down into a bed, a Queen size loft bed and the bonus, a 2nd bedroom with a couch that folds out to a bed. That’s a total of 5 beds (limit to 6 guests). Camper has 4 slide outs, 3 TV’s, CD/DVD system with sound system, automatic leveling system, 2 power awnings w/outside LED lighting, LED Lights inside and on and on it goes…This listing is for Delivery only, renter is responsible for ensuring that the location they rent will accommodate this RV. Just because a spot is 40 feet long, does not mean this RV will fit in the spot. We do delivery and setup of the camper for you! You just show up and have a great time!
Note: We no longer be deliver to Hog Waller (Palatka)Standard delivery time is 2pm and pickup time is 11am
Late Pickup - between noon and 5pm - $50 fee
Pickup after 5pm - charged extra night rentalFor Holidays and Special events there is a 3-night minimum: i.e. Florida/Georgia weekend, Daytona races, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Memorial Day, etc.We also offer discounts for our Military and First Responders (ID required) – (10% off base rate). Contact us before making reservation.No smoking policy on the RV. If the RV smells of smoke, you will be charged a $1,000 penalty fee.Sorry but we no longer allow pets.In order to help keep cleaning costs down, we ask that beds be striped and towels/washcloths etc. be placed in provided garbage bags, dishes washed, appliances cleaned and trash taken out. There will be an additional $50 cleaning fee if this is not completed.
We also have an additional cleaning fee for large parties (over 4 people) - $4/night/personIf camping in the winter months, we charge a propane refueling fee of $30/tank that is used to cover the cost of refilling.This is a 50amp unit. We can provide a 30amp adapter if needed.

Retired Navy Veteran, we as a family have been camping for over 30 years now in everything from a popup camper that I rebuilt, to a travel trailer, motorhomes and now a fifth wheel. We love going to the Mountains, beaches, lakes… not sure where we don’t like going. We’ve also done a cross country trip to San Francisco and back.
We are a family who likes to make memories with family and friends and to help others make memories through the experience of camping.
