Incredible Bunk House floor plan with 2 toilets and yes 2 showers. Front shower is a tub shower for kids/pets. Sleeping includes, overhead drop down queen bed, sofa pull out bed, dinette conversion, bunk beds and King Master bed. TV's include, above drop down queen, dinette TV, TV's/DVD in each bunk beds, Master bedroom TV & outdoor TV. Sound bar's integrated into dinette TV and outdoor TV. Dinette table is largest in it's class at 88' Dream Dinette. Full residential refrigerator with ice maker and washer and dryer all included. Master bathroom has a his and her sink and his and her storage. There is a master bedroom AC unit and front house AC unit. Everything can be controlled by your smart phone with the app so no more having to get up at night to adjust the temperature or turn on/off lights. Batteries were replaced under warranty along with the RV being serviced with the generator. Aria 4000 has the most outside storage because of its Freightliner® XC-R Raised Rail Chassis with Atlas Foundation of anything in it's class at 240 cu. ft! Tankless hot water heater so you never run out. Winegard® ConnecT WiFi/4G/TV Antenna so you always have connection. Solar included and already connected. You will love the Polished Porcelain Tile Flooring that adds both luxury and durability. One of the only bunk house models where the sofa couch is across from the dinette, this allows you to visit with guest without looking over your shoulder. ROOF OFF LIMITS, NO FISHING IN REFRIGERATOR OR FREZZER a Cleaning FEE of $500 will be apply.
PROPANE TANK and FUEL TANK must be return full ($80 FEE for propane ,$4 per gallon FEE for Fuel if not returned filled)
The RV must be returned exactly as it was picked up, ANY DAMAGE will be paid by the customer
PENALTIES WILL BE TAKEN FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT
Smoking: $200
Pet Damage - Urine/feces or scratches etc: $100 +
Speeding - vehicle is not to be driven beyond 75 MPH: $25 for every warning
Excessive Cleaning - Please wash dishes used, place dirty linen in the shower, and don't leave any urine/ feces on or in the toilet: $150
Late Return - We need light to inspect the vehicle and time to prepare for the next renter, if you return our RV after 3 PM: $200
Dumping - Upon Return, all tanks must be flushed empty in this specific order: 1.Black Water 2. Grey Water 3. Fresh Water: $150
Empty Gas Tank - We rent our RV ready to do with a full tank of gas, please return it the same. If not, it's a charge of $4 per gallon
Tolls, tickets or fines of any kind are the responsibility of the renter.
