2020 Coachmen Freelander 27 QB. Comfortably Sleeps 6. Separate master bedroom with a queen size bed and a memory foam mattress topper. A privacy curtain divides the master from the main. There are two fold out beds which can each sleep one adult (or 2 children), and an over head bunk that can sleep two adults. Full size kitchen equipped with a gas stove (no oven). RV "Bella" has a back up camera and no slides outs. Making this RV easy to drive and simple to connect at RV sites. Plenty of big windows, allowing for beautiful natural light. Your furry friends are welcome aboard for a fee. Strict no smoking policy. Heavy cleaning and disinfecting procedure implemented after each renter. We offer convenience packages to enhance your travel experience; please see "add on's" below. We love our Bella and are doing everything to keep her looking new, please read our rules below to make sure we are the right fit for you.

We are a friendly happy family ready to help make your next vacation spectacular. One member is a Veteran and a decade long Scout leader. We have years of camping experience and will gladly guide you through proper usage of our RV. Even if it's your first time driving an RV, your sure to have a relaxing and fun trip. We will thoroughly explain every step, and provide videos of the process, so that you can have a stress free trip! We are easy to contact and will respond quickly should you have any issues while travelling in our Bella!

Rules of the Road
PENALTIES WILL BE TAKEN FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT
Smoking: $150
Pet Damage - Urine/feces or scratches etc: $100 +
Speeding - vehicle is not to be driven beyond 75 MPH: $25 Penalty for every
warning
Excessive Cleaning - Please wash dishes used, place dirty linen in the shower,
and don't leave any urine/ feces on or in the toilet: $150
Late Return - We need light to inspect the vehicle and time to prepare for the next
renter, if you return our RV after 5 PM: $200
Dumping - Upon Return, all tanks must be flushed empty in this specific order:
1.Black Water 2. Grey Water 3. Fresh Water: $150
Empty Gas Tank - We rent our RV ready to do with a full tank of gas, please return it the same. If not, it's a charge of $6 per gallon
Tolls, tickets or fines of any kind are the responsibility of the renter
