Bathroom w small tub, next to pantry/linen closet. Roomy Built in Fridge w Freezer on top, plenty of space for food. Outside gas kitchen, outside BBQ & huge outside bottom of room Storage Space.

Definitely no climbing on roof nor smoking is allowed. Sorry we have a no pet policy, due to damage that could be caused by pets/accidents etc.. Also we would have to do a deep cleaning on all cloth surfaces, in order to rent to other customers that may have pet allergies. If your bringing your pet along is a must, we might be able to reach ab agreement & charge an extra pet fee. Please throw away all trash in local containers & place all used sheets & towels on bed or floor for us to launder for our next guest.
