This Catalina Summit Series 7 16BHX is a lightweight travel trailer so it is easy to tow and even easier to park.The LayoutUp front you have a solid Queen bed for the adults. The two bunks in the back are a hit with the kids and if you have one more guest the sofa pulls out for a comfortable extra spot.The Kitchen and BathIt is a small footprint but a full setup. You have a stove microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom is a real bathroom with a shower and foot flush toilet so there is no trekking to the park bathhouse at 2 AM.Why This One Is Easier Than MostI have upgraded this trailer to make sure you are not struggling the second you arrive. The electric hitch jack means you can forget cranking a handle in the heat because you just push a button to hitch and unhitch. The rear view camera is a game changer. It stays on while you are backing up so you can see exactly where you are going without needing a spotter. It also has a tankless water heater so you are not waiting around for the water to warm up.Whats IncludedI want you to actually enjoy the trip so I have stocked it with everything needed for a great camping getaway. • Guest is responsible for emptying holding tanks if at a full hook-up site. Failure to do so will result in overflowing of black and gray water inside of living space.
• Guest is responsible for awning damage if awning is left out and damage is due to rain and or wind. Please bring awning in if leaving camp unattended.
• Upon returning, please leave dirty towels in shower, and dirty linens on floor in bedroom.
• Mold can form easily so please use ventilation fan when showering.
• Festivals such as “Mud Fest” or other events that include mudding with off road vehicles is NOT permitted.
