First of all it only weighs 2995 Lbs with a hitch weight of 415 Lbs, so it is easily towable by many minivans/SUVs. It features a smooth fiberglass exterior providing less drag helping you get better vehicle gas mileage.Sleeps 6-8. One tip out is a queen and the other is a double, the dinette folds down into another double and the couch folds out into another double.Kitchen has everything you need with a 2-way fridge and freezer to use on propane or electric. 3 burner stove, microwave and sink. What about utensils?! Of course this unit is stocked and ready to roll. Utensils, plates and glasses for 8, a bbq utensil kit, small portable bbq (small propane tanks can be supplied for $10 each). Ok but lets get serious here… What do we do for our morning coffee?! I got you covered!! Of course there’s a coffee machine!! This unit comes with a Keurig coffee machine with 10 K cups. (more available upon request), random pots and pans (don’t worry there is a pan to cook bacon!), a variety of cooking utensils (eg..stir spoon, ladle, salad tonques), a toaster and a few larger bowls for salad, chips or whatever.Washroom has all the convinces of home with a toilet, sink, and shower. Also note that 3 rolls of toilet paper are provided ( I told you, I got you), There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse yourself, the kids or the dog off. Wait, did you say dog? Of course, pets are allowed!! Well as long as they don’t eat the cushions of course.Heat or AC will pump out plenty of hot or cold air to keep you comfortable for great night sleep or those hard-earned afternoon naps!The unit is equipped with a 10’ awning to keep you in the shade and out of the rain. An outdoor carpet is included to laydown under the awning which helps tremendously to keep you campsite and trailer clean.
