This cute unit is perfect for the adventuristic couple no matter what age. It maybe a 2008 but is in great shape showing no wear/water stains. Easy to tow for a truck or SUV at just 3400lbs loaded. This unit has all you need for the road or if you wish to park for an overnight or a whole week. You will haver no shortage of amenities with a queen size bed, 4 pce bath, AC, Furnace for those cool cuddly nights, 6gl water heater, microwave oven, 3 burner cook top stove, Sewer and water hook up ability if and when available. Has 3 way power system- LP, 12V, 120V. Will also run off a generator/inverter. Plenty of storage for food and clothing. Brand new awning installed this year. Please be advised you Must empty the black and grey tanks before returning the unit otherwise be faced with a surcharge of $150. I have to bring the unit to a waist facility for dumping if it comes back with liquid in the tanks. Also, please be reminded this unit is pet friendly- the bedding is not. if in the event you decide to let your fur-baby sleep on the bedding there will be a surcharge of $75. Bring their bed with you. Thank you in advance for understanding.
