Everything is in perfect condition.Heat strips for warmth in the winter. Cold AC for the summer.Both ends of the trailer extend out to make double beds. Couch turns into a twin, and table turns into a twin. Sleeps 6 or more. Lots of storage inside. Shower and toilet, Flat screen tv, DVD player, electric awning. All lights are LED, outside led light strip, quick connect gas for outside grilling. Inside and outside speakers.Just installed 100w solar and 2 6v deep cycle batteries, these things keep you out for the week with no hookups.Equipped with - cookware, plates, napkins, cutlery, dishtowels, sponges, matches, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, clean bedding for the double beds,(you will need to provide sleeping bags or extra bedding for the twin beds) full double propane tanks (for general operation), several outlets for electronics.Sleeps comfortably, 6 adults. (can fit 4 adults and 4 small kids)5,200lb dry.
Double axel$85 per night for minimum 5 nights, otherwise $100 per night.
