2021 trailer great for mid size SUV tow vehicle. We towed with a Toyota Sequoia. You Must have a 7 pin wiring harness and brake controller to tow this trailer. We do not offer delivery of the trailer. You must be able to transport it yourself with the above mentioned brake controller.At seven-feet wide this lightweight camper packs an easy tow. You have a 3 cu ft. fridge, two-burner gas stove, and microwave. While plugged into Shore power or a portable generator (additional charge) you can use a roof-mounted AC unit that will keep you nice and cool. If the weather turns chilly, a furnace will keep you nice and comfortable. All you need to provide are some basic supplies. Will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Trailer has 1 Queen, 2 single person bunks and the slide out dinette converts to a bed.Your vehicle needs to be able to tow a min of 3,500lbs. You need a seven-pin connector, electronic brake controller. Note: 4 pin to 7 pin adapter will not work.Pick up time is anytime after 6 PM. Earlier pickup may be available. Walkthrough and orientation will be done at pickup time. The return time is no later 2pm unless agreed to ahead of time. There is a $40 late fee per hour after 2pm if not agreed to beforehand.Please Note: This is a non-smoking, no pets allowed unitCosa è inclusoComes with basic essentials: silverware, plates, drink cups, stove pot, a couple of pans, and a first aid kit. 2 camping chairs. Some states do limit to 55 MPH, check the state laws before traveling.Avoid cooking foods with a strong smell in the trailer. In addition, no cleaning of fish. Whenever the stove top is used, you will turn on the hood vent fan over stove.Do not use the awning UNLESS you are around the RV. If you leave the RV, you will put the awning away. Failure to do so may lead to damage to the unit.The unit is not to be taken off road without specific permission. (dirt roads in RV park are ok).While GPS driving directions are of great assistance, you know that they may not always be accurate. You have been advised that you will be responsible for any recovery charges if you drive the RV somewhere that you cannot get it out from.This is a no smoking coach (including vaping) and any evidence found of such will result in use of entire deposit to have interior professionally detailed.You have been advised to use the provided toilet paper. If that runs out, you are to get RV/marine paper. No other type of toilet paper is allowed. In addition, the ONLY things that can go down the toilet is human waste and the provided toilet paper. You have been advised that you will be charged $50 per hour (1-hour min) if you misuse the toilet and cause a clog.No Refunds for Early Returns: You have been advised that there is no refund for early returns. You have also been advised that Outdoorsy does offer trip protection insuranceFee for Late Returns: If you are late returning the unit there is a $40 per hour late fee, unless prior arrangement is made. Partial hours will be billed for full hour.Unit is GPS tracked

Ray and Keena have a nice little trailer to rent. It is compact and yet roomy enough to enjoy ourselves. Ray and Keena are wonderful hosts and friendly. We highly recommend them and look forward to renting again.
