Maybe this is the first time you’ve looked into renting an RV, or maybe you’re well accustomed to life on the road… however you got here and no matter how many times you’ve been out before, we are excited to know that you’re planning an adventure where you can travel in style. As hosts our job is to specialize in pairing our guests with comfort and accommodations that will best fit the needs of their group while they are away from home and we pride ourselves on being able to provide these services for our guests on the road the same way we do for our guests within our properties. While we’ve got you here, let us tell you why renting a travel vehicle from us is a fit worth considering and how we differ from other rental options around us.If you’re familiar with traveling by vehicles like RVs and motorhomes, you know that packing for the trip and the clean up afterwards is where the days of preparation and work come in. Traveling on the road and camping in an RV has its many conveniences and perks; no bugs, air conditioned sleeping temperatures, and praise it all, a flushing toilet – but stocking the vehicle and the aftermath clean up is not one of those perks. At Premium Rentals we believe in the good old fashioned saying of “Work hard, play harder.” So when you rent a travel vehicle from us, you can help us upkeep that balance, as we will do the work and you can do the play.

Hi there!We are Kacey & Tiffanie Jensen and we own a husband and wife short term rental and property management business called Premium Rentals located out of Boise Idaho. The roots of this business started out when Kacey's incredible background in house flipping and renovations for 15 years joined in marriage with Tiffanie’s skills for interior design, creative writing and curiosity about the short term rental industry back in 2017. We were in the middle of renovating a property to fill with long term renters when Tiffanie suggested to Kacey that we try opening the house up as an Airbnb for guests instead. We took a shot at the new direction and instantly became hooked. We own many of our own short term rental properties, and managing short term rental properties for other people too.Our goal has always been to go above and beyond in helping our guests feel at home while you're away from home and providing an excellent experience for travelers and families. Our dedication to optimizing each of our 50+ rentals has been evident as we have had Premium Rentals featured on our local news channel Boise CBS2, have earned Airbnb Super host status 20 consecutive times and we have maintained Premier Partner Status on Vrbo and HomeAway for 4 years.When you book with us, we are confident that you will notice the quality of our property rentals being set apart from the rest and our customer service being of the highest standard and deepest sincerity. We know that when you have a family and young children - the little things truly are the big things. That's why before we open a new property rental, we spend a night or two with our own family living and sleeping in the space and making sure we have what we need for a comfortable stay. From snacks to pack and plays, for little ones, we're confident that when you stay with us, you'll get a feel for how much we truly care about the comfort of all of our guests + we hold in high regard the privilege we have to care for our guests like family.

We didn't have a great experience. The owner was difficult to communicate with before the trip and when we had problems during the trip they were unresponsive. In addition to being a pretty worn vehicle with stained cushions, the biggest problem was the batteries not being able to hold a charge which meant some very frigid nights when the heater stopped working (we didn't use shore power). Even our pop up camper can handle a night of running the heater. When I notified the owner after the first night, Kacey replied he thought they were new but generally did nothing to address our concern. We ended up cutting our trip short as a result. Other things that were disappointing was the super old windshield wipers (better off than on), inadequate bedding (thin and stained), minimal cook gear, shower dripping with brownish water, malfunctioning awning, and broken storage piston (to keep the lid open). It would be nice if they advertised photos of the actual vehicle vs. The promo photos and prices the unit accordingly. Definitely not 'premium' and compared to other rentals in the past, this might have been the worst.

The unit was dirty inside and out when we picked it up. We cleaned ourselves before getting on the road. Once we cleaned the unit...loved it! Ran well, easy to drive and get around. A few things didn’t work quite right. Kacey gave us a credit for the things that didn’t work.
