The Lucky Leprechaun is a 2022 Coachmen Leprechaun premier 319 mb ,it is 32 feet long and has two slide outs one in the main bedroom and the second in the living room, it will sleep up to 8 people comfortably, also with a telescopic television that goes back under the counter when not in use, complete with a blue ray DVD player AM/FM stereo system that compliments the flat screen t.v. We also enjoy the use of the full kitchen complete with a microwave oven /convection oven, three burner stove and a standard propane oven as well. The refrigerator is equipped with a nice over box freezer which can run on propane or electrical power from the shore hookup or the built in power generator. We are also equipped with a nice heat pump unit that will keep you warm in the winter months and cool in the summer months. Don't forget about the nice big clean shower that is right across the hall from the nice clean restroom which complete with toilet and sink. Speaking of sinks the kitchen is equipped with a double bowl sink to ease the task of clean up after your daily meals . The Lucky Leprechaun is 100% self contained complete with a 50 gallon fresh water tank, a 30 gallon gray water tank 30 gallon black water tank . It is also equipped with propained fueled electrical generator in case you are ready to go off grid!Cosa è inclusoWe offer washable or paper dining supplies, the choice is yours. There are pots & pans, cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, 3 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of septic safe toilet paper along with a small assortment of movies on DVD. Outside we offer the use of 4 camping chairs, wheel chocks & leveling blocks, a small assortment of hand tools that might come in handy if needed. Hi, we are Dan & Deb . We are proud Grandparents of three beautiful grandchildren that we love spending time with. We are both retired from the work force and enjoy spending time on the road traveling to visit our family and explore new places. We purchased this beautiful class c motor home in 2023 and have enjoyed sharing it with our family. My wife and I along with our family have made many beautiful memories together with our coach . So we have decided to rent our coach out when we are not using it ourselves in order to allow other families the same opportunity to build family memories also.
