It can be fully hooked up with water, sewage, and electric! If not hooked up to water or sewage must dump upon return. Additionally, in the kitchen there is a microwave, 2 burner stove top, fridge and freezer, with a farmhouse sink! Cosa è inclusoOur beautiful home away from home includes all the best amenities with a full size pantry, tv, ac/heater, fireplace, and so much more! We will have freshly cleaned linens, blankets, towels, and toilet paper for your convenience! There is a queen size bed with a privacy door along with a bunk bed with full-size beds. The couch and dining table turn into twin size beds as well! There is also an outside drink fridge! RaccomandazioniIn our area we have beautiful camp grounds for example Lake Perris, Lake Hemet, Menifee Lakes, Lake Skinner, Vail Lake and so many more! Altre cose di cui prendere notaAll campers must only put toilet paper provided down the toilet. Paper towels and feminine products must be disposed in the trash. We ask that you kindly return our home away from home the way you received it. The awning must be in if there is any sort of breeze as it can be damaged easily! Please no smoking allowed our trailer is mostly rented out to families. Lastly, if you do not have full hook ups you must dump all water, grey, and black tanks.
