Home away from home! This bunkhouse trailer is perfect for you and your kiddos with two separate rooms. The bunkhouse features two upper twin beds and one fold out couch that can fit two. This home on wheels features two slide outs that give the trailer a very spacious feel with a separate entrance to the bathroom from the outside. It has all the amenities you would expect in your kitchen. Including a toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Additionally, the outside kitchenette has a roomy refrigerator and ice maker. Bring your own bed linen.**Conveniently located near Vail Lake and Lake SkinnerCosa è inclusoIncluded are 2 camping chairs, a small table and large outdoor mat.
All the kitchen necessities (pots/pans, utensils, cups/plates).
Set of 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths as well as dish towels. Additionally, there is hand soap for the kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor kitchenette.
You’ll also find 2 rolls of RV friendly toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels.Altre cose di cui prendere notaPlease make sure to return the trailer with the grey and black tanks completely empty. If trailer is returned with them full, there will be a fee of $75.
All dishes must be washed and put away. All trash must be emptied.

Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use. Signs of use of any of those will result in a $150 fee.
**The prep and cleaning fee covers everything we do to prepare the trailer for our renters (replacing all consumables, such as toilet paper, paper towels, propane tanks, soap in all soap dispenser, washing towels, and cleaning)Any excess cleaning that needs to be done will result in an extra fee of $65 (food spills on floor/furniture, muddy floors, food scraps on floor, sticky substances that need to be cleaned up, missing linen, etc.)
