No smoking or vaping inside the camper. Please return the camper reasonably clean and treat it like your own. No climbing on the roof. Renters are responsible for any campground, toll, ticket, or damage fees during the rental period. Please empty tanks before return to avoid additional fees.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

As long as there is communication beforehand, we are extremely flexible with pickup and drop-off times. We understand that travel plans can change and campground check-in/check-out times vary. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. For delivered rentals, we'll coordinate times that work for everyone. The more notice you provide, the easier it is for us to make arrangements and ensure a smooth, stress-free rental experience.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Don't worry if you're new to RVing—we'll walk you through everything. When you arrive, simply connect the power cord to the campground's electrical pedestal, hook up the fresh water hose to the water spigot, and connect the sewer hose to the campground's sewer connection if one is available. We provide the necessary equipment and can explain the setup process at pickup. If you choose delivery and add on setup, we'll handle all hookups for you so you can start enjoying your trip right away.

My name is Thomas, and my wife Cydney and I are excited to share our camper with other families, pet owners and travelers looking to make great memories outdoors. We purchased our Coleman Light 26BX because we wanted a comfortable and easy way to bring our kids and pets along on vacations, and we wanted others to be able to enjoy that same experience as well. We are based in Mendota Heights and take a lot of pride in keeping our camper clean, comfortable, and fully stocked for every trip. Whether you’re a first-time camper or a seasoned traveler, we want your experience to be stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. While I help maintain and prepare the camper, Cydney handles all messaging, booking coordination, scheduling, and guest communication. She’s very responsive and happy to answer any questions you may have before, during, or after your trip. We truly appreciate every renter who chooses our camper and look forward to helping you make unforgettable memories!
