35 Foot ( Hitch to Bumper) Open Range-Perfect for Families! This family friendly trailer provides a Queen size bedroom with lots of closet space; and a dinette and couch that convert into full size beds. Bedding is provided for Queen, please bring bedding for the fulls. Recliners have heat and massage, and there's gas fireplace under the Tv. Large open kitchen, complete with island for prepping meals. When the party is outside, an outdoor kitchen has a small fridge, two burner stove, and gas grill. There is a faucet and house outside for beach days. There is dual AC and heat. This is a dual slide out model so you will need an RV space that fits a dual. Pets allowed ( extra fee). Please be respectful!!!Cosa è inclusoKitchen has dishes and utensils for 7, basic spices, condiments in fridge, sandwich bags, paper towels, non microwavable and microwavable coffee mugs. Cooking utensils, cutting board, crock pot, 4 cup coffee maker with filters. Bathroom has 4 rolls of RV approved toilet paper.
