Very easy process and great Hosts! Had a great trip! Would rent this again!

Julie and Ryan were wonderful hosts! We were first time renters and they let us come by weeks before our trip, and walked us through the ins and outs of the RV's systems. They even encouraged us to call during our trip with any questions. Julie gave us a copy of the "Welcome to our RV" booklet she'd put together, which provided instructions and reminders about the various systems, the procedures for hooking up at camps and how to drain / flush the waste tanks. At pickup, we reviewed some items with them and headed out. Within the camper, the well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook indoors, and in areas without cellular coverage, the Starlink Mini satellite receiver worked great. We used it to keep in touch with our kids and were able to watch TV in the evening, relaxed and comfortable, while the rain poured outside. Everything worked perfectly once we knew what we were doing, and hookup to water and power was ridiculously easy. The RV is basically brand new, with less than 8K miles on it and drives great, even on the steep, tight curves we drove on and around the Blue Ridge Parkway. Julie and Ryan gave us everything we needed (and stuff we didn't know we needed!) to have a fun trip through the mountains. Would definitely rent from them again!
