Welcome to your home away from home! Everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Fully stocked with all the essentials (bedding, towels, pots & pans, coffee maker, silverware, reusable & disposable plastic plates, board games, camping chairs, and more!) All you need to bring is your sense of adventure, clothes/toiletries, and your own food.Sleeping for 5 adults or 7 tiny people. Tons of storage space for all your gear!Included is a queen bed (NEW 10" memory foam mattress), sleeper sofa, dining table, 2 full-size bunk beds, shower & a full kitchen that includes a stove, microwave, single serve coffee pot, electric hot plate, and refrigerator!Brand new AC so you don't have to worry about the Texas heat! Freshly painted with upgraded dark cabinets to give it a homey feel, as well as the beautiful buffalo plaid decor.The best part of renting with us, we bring our travel camper to you! You don't have to worry about anything but showing up and getting straight to relaxing.(Delivery & set-up only. We will deliver within a 50-mile radius (we are open to a wider area for longer stays), set up/tear down, and walk you through everything).We do not allow other people to tow this RV. It is available for delivery and setup only! Thanks! Excessive cleaning will incur additional fees. Please dispose of all trash.Lost keys will incur a $50 charge.Absolutely nothing outside of the toilet paper provided is to be flushed down the toilet! If other products are found, repairs will be fixed at the renters' expense!The awning should never be out during rainy, windy, or unpredictable weather. If you are inside because of weather(heavy storms, strong winds, etc) please close the awning. Do not leave the RV with the awning extended. Failure to do so will incur damage fees.Please make sure you dump the waste prior to return. If it needs offsite dumping a $40 fee will be assessed unless prior arrangements are made due to no sewer connection at the campsite.Any damages found that are not noted on pickup, will be at the renter's expense. (Insurance or cash)Absolutely no one is allowed on the roof!Please do not leave children unattended.Cook greasy food outside….We are happy to make reasonable accommodations for you and your family! We recently moved back into a house after living in an RV full-time for 10 months. It was a great experience for us! We loved traveling with our home on wheels and decided we wanted to share that fun with others. We purchased this travel trailer to use as a guest house on our property, a vacation home for us, and to share with others who want to experience the fun of RV life.
