Our Open Range is our own personal camper that sleeps 9 comfortably. Includes an outdoor kitchen with 2 burner camp stove, small refrigerator, sink, and cabinets(where we do most of our cooking). Our camper is wired for 50amp, however is fully functional(with only one AC unit) at any 30amp hookups. We offer delivery/return and setup at campgrounds within 75 miles of McMinnville, TN 37110 for an additional fee if needed. Feel free to ask for a quote.

Living area includes large screen TV with dvd/cd combo, dvds, couch which folds into a queen sleeper, blankets for bedding. Bunkhouse includes a TV and DVD player, table/bed combo, a total of 4 beds (1 bed has a weight limit). Bathroom includes toilet, sink, and stand up shower. Set of 4 towels and washcloths available.
Bedroom includes a queen bed with bedding, dresser with USB plugs for easy charging of phones or computer, washer/dryer combo, and 2 large closets.
Outdoor options include 1 large awning for shade, LED lighting for easy visibility, step lighting, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, 2 propane tanks, and 2 storage areas, hot dog and marshmallow sticks, 2 campfire chairs.
Rules of the road:
Pets allowed with prior authorization. $50.00 non-refundable per pet fee.
No Festivals.
No roof access.
Owner reserves the right to use the security deposit for any damages.
Septic System: All tanks must be completely emptied before camper is returned. Dump charge of $75.00 will be accessed if tanks are not returned empty.
Must use surge protector.
