No cleaning fees! Need to use propane? Need a generator? Didn't have time to dump your tanks? No Problem! An All-Inclusive Rental!This is a brand new 2021 Prime Time Tracer travel trailer. It is ultra light with 1 slide out for tons of walking around room. A queen size bed sits behind sliding doors for privacy. The sofa folds out into a bed and so does the dinette. There are 2 bunks that would sleep 2 kids comfortably on each.Sleeps 6 adults comfortably, or 4 adults and 4 kids.
Good size bathroom with shower, modern kitchen with stove, oven, and microwave, flat screen tv, outdoor lighting, awning, and speakers. Ducted AC and heat throughout.Outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen too!The dry-weigh is just over 5,500 pounds, so it is easily towed by a half-ton truck/SUV!A weight distribution hitch is included. Must have a towing capacity of at least 6800 pounds and have an electronic brake controller installed.We will supply bedding (not pillows), towels, pots/pans, and cleaning products. Due to Covid-19, we will be providing plastic utensils and paper plates. We also recommend you bring your own pillow.
