This brand new trailer has everything you would need for a fun camping experience! Including a King bed with memory foam topper, indoor shower, Bluetooth stereo with both indoor and outdoor sound system, outdoor sink, fridge, and grill. Camper will be winterized for the season. There will be no access to water or sewer. If renter uses either or, they will be billed 1,000

-If renter will be towing camper to destination, renter vehicle needs to be equipped with with a working brake control system
-Always return propane tanks full or a $50 charge will be added upon return of unit
-Only use provided camper friendly toilet paper
-No roof access!
-Always flush the dump hose after dumping to prevent smell
-DO NOT exchange tanks! If more propane is needed always refill the tanks provided, not exchange.
-Please return camper in clean condition; if returned in reasonably dirty condition a $50 cleaning fee will be added upon return
