*Brand New* Sleeps 5 adults comfortably, if smaller children, could sleep more. This little beauty has Cold A/C. Lightweight and great for those last minute getaways. 12ft electric awning, propane stove top(2 burners), 3 cu ft refrigerator, has rear manuel leveling jack's with 2 after market leveling jacks for the front, electric breaks, weight distribution hitch available, optional 20lb or 40lb propane tank depending on length of trip, extra storage space in front and rear of camper, enterior height is 6'ft 6in. Exterior LED light for evenings under the awning. Comes in at 2959 lbs. unloaded vehicle weight; that's empty water tanks and just the stock trailer with the propane tank. Any weight you add with your gear will add to that when towing. Comes with a battery to temporarily run the inside lights, which charges once you hook up to a 30 Amp campsite or hook up to a 30 Amp capable generator.
