All pots and pans with kitchen accessories are included. It has a tent that attaches to the trailer. AC, fan, heater, sound system, t.v. and dvd. It is for a single or a couple. No bathroom but there is a portable toilet with a tent for privacy. Tent may be used for shower. There are chairs zero gravity chair, and lounger, swing and a bbq. It is a beautiful location. Only electricity is included but the water and washrooms are close by.
