Thank you for considering my unique camper! It has a very social layout with the sofa and dinning table making a circle and nice open area inside. Ideal for gathering inside and out. Fireplace is pretty and can do some heating if needed or turn on the propane heater. You can link your phone to the stereo to stream music inside and/or out. TV with streaming ability and dvd player. Outside shower for your feet. Extra entry if you just want to use the bathroom. The manufacturer claims it sleeps 10 but it would sleep 5 adults comfortably. Sheets for the beds. Just treat it well and put everything back the way you found it. If you select a site for the camper that does not have a septic hook up. Add the dump fee. It’s got about 30 gals per holding tank black and gray, so you’ll fill them up in a day or two if you are not careful. If it’s cold, use the electric fireplace for heat before the gas if you can manage. The AC gets it nice and cool if it’s hot. It’s a 30 amp system but can run off 110 with an adapter but that’s not enough power for the AC. I have a weight distribution hitch if you are looking to pick it up yourself just put everything back the way you found it, also would be great if you know how to empty the septic tanks to do that as well. It dosnt have to be perfect but do your best. No smoking in the RV.
