Our RV is great for the whole family! The Ford V10 engine will take you where ever you want! You will feel like you are driving a van! A RV GPS is included, this will keep you from traveling on roads that don't meet the height or weight requirement for the vehicle. The vehicle is 31 feet long and had a slideout spanning the kitchen and living area. You will find that there is plenty of room for everyone.In the back of the vehicle is the master bedroom with a queen mattress topped with memory foam, TV and radio with indoor and outdoor speaker capabilities.In the bathroom there is a glass-enclosed shower with removable shower head, towel racks and vanity.Along the hallway you will find 2 bunk beds each with a 14" TV for connecting games or watching TV. This makes a cozy spot for the kids.The kitchen and living space is comfortable without the slide extended but becomes roomy when it is extended. There is a table with seating for 4 (this area can fold down into a double bed). The futon doubles as a couch and folds out to make another double bed. The kitchen is ready to cook family meals with a dual sink, 3 burner stove, microwave and oven. There is a fridge with separate freezer, plenty of room! Kitchen is equipt with pots, plates, cups, utensils, and everything else you’ll need to prepare all of your meals.In the front there is overhead space that is also a queen sized bed.There are six (6) beds in the RV:

If you are planning on pulling a trailer this must be disclosed up front.We can sometimes be flexible on pick up and drop off times. Please inquire for your specific dates.We are located in Matthews, NC. We offer RV delivery within 70 miles of Matthews (fee applies). We also offer the option to leave your vehicle in our driveway (no fee).No smoking. Pets would be considered on a case by case basis.The RV insurance specifically forbids renters from going on the roof, so please do not go on the RV's roof.This RV is the perfect vehicle for all types of trips and even can serve as a luxury in-law suite for when family comes to visit.We will be happy to deliver the RV to you, or have you meet us at our house for pick-up. We can usually be flexible on the pick up and drop off times. Just ask.
