Responsive and supportive hosts
Brittney and Anthony are highly communicative, flexible, and responsive to questions, providing thorough tours for first-time RVers. However, one guest reported unclear policies on toilet tank cleaning and fees.
Runs well with good mileage
The 2020 Forest River Sunseeker Classic runs great, has good gas mileage, and provides ample space and amenities for families. One guest, however, found the cleanliness lacking and pictures outdated.

2.0The RV overall was okay. The cleanliness of it is what I questioned. It was not thoroughly or professionally cleaned. There was dirt on the floor. The beds were covered with oversized sheets that did not look clean. There was a white sheet on the master bed that had stains on it. The pictires are outdated and do not reflect the wear and tear of the vehicle. They do not disclose that they want up to empty their toilet tank and only stated it upon arrival and then decided to charge fees after it wasn't cleaned to their liking. We had to lysol everything and even bought new sheets to sleep on.

5.0Anthony and Britney are some of the best folks you can meet and interact with when choosing a great RV experience. They walked us through all the logistics of the RV and it gave us the tools to have an awesome trip to Tennessee in the mountains with my almost 90 year old grandma who had a blast and memories that will last a lifetime to come for our family. This would not have been possible without this amazing host. The RV was well stocked , mechanically sound, well organized, and clean most of all. The gas mileage was great, we spent about $34-45 per half of tank.
