It has a full queen bed that can be stowed when not in use to reveal a comfortable couch for lounging. 2) No parties or vulgar activity.
3) Maximum # overnight guests based on unit capacity.
4) All pets must be housebroken
5) Awning must be stowed whenever camper is left unattended or whenever inclement weather (wind, heavy rain).
6) Water valves must be shut whenever you are leaving the camper for an extended period of time.
7) You are responsible for monitoring the tank levels and PROPERLY emptying as needed. (No dumping of black or grey tanks outside of designated sewer stations)
