**Note: This camper is only rented to those camping in Kansas at the Marion County Lake or the Marion Reservoir Lake**Our beauty is a Keystone Ultra Lite Grand Touring travel trailer. This is a beautiful camper that is extra roomy since it has 3 slides! Sleeps up to 10 people. The Huge bunkhouse alone sleeps 6. The fold out couch in the bunkhouse folds out into a king size sleeping cushion that is very thick and not the normal very thin mats. The couch in the main living area can also fold out. We DO NOT want the dinette set to be torn down to be used for sleeping. There is a brand new Serta mattress in the master bedroom. The kitchen is beautiful, and it has a kitchen island, along with a large U-Shaped table. There is a small outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower that is simply a handheld unit. There's a small fridge in the outdoor kitchen also for more accessibility so one doesn't have to go all the way into camper for a nice cold beer or soda. There is no grill available in the outdoor kitchen. Camper awnings are one of the most common things broken during camper rentals, so there is a hefty deposit add-on fee if you desire to use the awning. Unless that add-on fee is selected the awning fuse will be removed. We will put up a pop up tent free of charge to be used in place of the awning. We have the camper located in Marion County, and we would have it SET UP FOR YOU AND Ready FOR Camping if you desire to camp at the Marion County Lake. At this county lake, boats cannot go over wake speed unless you are a Marion County resident. We can also set it up for you at the Marion Reservoir. **The Marion County Lake and Marion Reservoir are the only 2 lakes we are allowing our camper to be rented this summer.**
All camping sites at the county lake are first come first serve and cannot be reserved ahead of time. At the county lake, boats cannot go over wake speed unless you are a Marion County resident. We can also set the camper up for you at the Marion Reservoir. This is a Very large reservoir and you can boat as fast as you want. Reservations are required at the reservoir and that can only be done online at recreation. gov. The reservoir books up *months* in advance. However, they do have some first come first serve sites and you can reserve those Only 4 days in advance. Since we only allow our camper to be rented at these 2 lakes, all per mile fees are Waived.
Animals>
We love animals but have seen many homes and campers get chewed on and pee'd in by animals, so we Prefer no animals inside the camper. We have made the listing as pet friendly but we've tacked on pet security deposit because of the damage we've personally seen some animals do. Now if we can meet your furry loved one and/or get referrals from previous camper landlords etc., we may make an exception.

We also ask that you wash all dirty dishes and put them away and clean up after yourselves and lay all dirty linens and towels in the shower. We will deduct a $100 cleaning fee from your refundable deposit if the camper is not left the way you found it.

Please note the mid-camping trip sewer dump fee. We recommend renting a campsite that has a sewer hook-up so you have no worries about the black water tank filling up and needing emptied. We will try to be as flexible on this as possible. We actually prefer to do the pickup/drop off/set up ourselves... especially if it's close enough to Marion Ks.
