Responsive, friendly, and helpful team
Guests consistently praise Jose and his team for their quick responses, excellent communication, and willingness to assist, including an airport pick-up service. They also quickly refunded for a damaged canopy cover.
Drives well, easy to maneuver
The van is lauded for its smooth driving, cold AC, and ease of parking, fitting in smaller spots. It is often well-stocked, but one review noted issues with the water system, underinflated tires, an unsecured table, and a difficult bed mechanism.

5.0My daughter and I rent a van every year and this was one of our best experiences yet. From start to finish everything was simple and straight forward. Van was clean and offered all the items we needed to make our weekend a great success! We had a wonderful weekend away from all the noise, and we’ll definitely book this one again next year.

4.0The team were a great hosts, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, I enjoyed the RV and had a memorable trip. The vehicle was spacious and served its purpose well, but there were a few small issues, typical with RVs. They picked me up at the airport for an extra charge and that was great. The water system was disappointing and I could not use the sink as a sink or the Solis shower. Tires were underinflated when I picked it up, and the screen in the back needed to be replaced. These are minor maintenance and usability issues, including an unsecured rear table, a difficult bed mechanism, and limited kitchen metal utensils. It had everything else. The previous renter snagged the cover for the canopy and the team quickly refunded for that. None of these issues ruined the experience, and I appreciated their hospitality. I communicated well in advance I was off grid and informed the team I would have no cell phone cell access. They sent a reminder of a $500 fee for tampering with the ODB tracker which I didn’t. With a tiny more attention to maintenance, equipment, and preparation between rentals, this could easily have been exceptional. Recommended.

5.0Great compact van that has almost everything! Self check in/pick up for convenience (I actually prefer picking up from a person but Jose responded pretty quickly to my questions)
