3.0Very basic essentials. Clean for most part other than restroom. Renter informed me it was an inconvenience to fill tanks with water, we were staying at place without any sewage or water hookups. Water definitely needed. . Also was paying for it. A few miscommunication things happened. Not a terrible experience but not the best either.
