Leslie promptly responds to messages and addresses issues quickly, even sending assistance for leaks or coming in person for minor problems. However, one guest noted initial reluctance to troubleshoot a non-working water heater.
Comfortable and spacious interior
The RV offers ample refrigerator and counter space, with a comfortable interior, great AC, and a separate toilet from the shower. However, issues included a broken TV, non-working oven, falling trim, and a non-functional hot water heater on one occasion.

3.0Communication with host was good. RV had issues upon picking it up. TV was broken and during the trip the oven would not work. Interior trim pieces falling off. Overall the RV was okay for its age.

5.0The camper was fantastic. We had a minor issue the first night and the owner came right out and took care of it and made the experience fantastic. We had a lot to cook during our stay and the camper had incredible refrigerator space and counter space.

3.0Leslie responded quickly when I messaged and the trailer was nice! However, the heating element wasn’t working, so we didn’t have hot water to wash dishes or shower. This may have been a know problem before we rented due to her initial response when I first messaged about this issue. Leslie stated that this wasn’t an issue with the last renter and she hoped we were staying somewhere where we could take a hot shower. I believe her first response should’ve been, how can we troubleshoot this issue to try and fix it?, but she didn’t. I had to ask her if we could troubleshoot the problem. This why I think she knew about this issue before we rented.
