Pick up time can be arranged. Can drop off anytime before 10pmWill include weight distribution hitch.Awning will not be allowed to use. Awning has been damaged to many times while being rented.Must have 7 way plug and electric brake control.

His customer service is excellent. I have rented other units, even from dealerships, and his attention to detail was the best I’ve ever had. He even addressed the somewhat negative previous review. He made sure I was comfortable with all the camper features and checked on me during my weekend to make sure all was well. I will rent from hom again without a doubt.

Kervy was great at communicating prior and during the rental. However being in the same business we did run into a few issues with the trailer itself. The hitch was not maintained, lubricated or complete, the safety lock was missing on one of the load bars, it was worn and rusty. The interior lights weren't completely functional due to improper wiring and aftermarket lights. We weren't allowed to use the grill, also advised to not use the awning because it was hard to use and "easy to break." We did notice a wasp nest in the bathroom vent as well. One of the worst parts about the camper was the Carbon Monoxide alarm going off at 3 am. Doesn't seem like a manufacture issue, however I do not know for certain. I was told to turn the propane off. Luckily the alarm did go off, it was clearly not safe to be in the camper because of the horrific smell. That issue alone, the camper should be taken off the market or it needs to be fixed and replaced to call it a safe and functioning camper to rent. Again, Kervy was great! However, with the run ins I experienced I would not recommend this camper to friends or family.

Kervy was a stand up guy. He help us out twice with a few small issues. Love that he will get back promptly when a question is asked. Definitely would recommend him to my friends. Thank you Kervy for everything.

The camper worked great for us. Kervy showed us how to use everything beforehand, and was always very responsive to any questions I had. He was also flexible with our pickup and drop off. I'd certainly rent from him again.
