We had a great trip. The pick up and drop off were very easy. Dustin gave us very thorough instructions and he was very flexible. The camper was really comfortable and easy to tow.

On July 19th I rented Dustin's trailer for July 24 thru 27th. I had to make a special trip out to his house to get the keyes before the 24th because he was leaving at noon on the 24th. On the morning of the 24 I went to the hospital for a routine procedure during which I went into cardiac arrest. I was on a breathing tube (unable to talk) till sometime on Sunday. He messaged me on Sunday saying he saw the trailer was back and was unable to find the keys. When I explained what had happened he didn't offer any way of refunding my money, he just needed to get keys back. He also didn't offer to come grab the keys so on Thursday (since I still in the hospital) I had to have to have my son drive from Bloomington to Maple Grove to drop off the keys. I sure was not treated well by Dustin and sure would not want anyone else treated this way. I do understand the idea that unable to have the opportunity to rent his trailer to someone else, but if I rented my trailer to someone less than a week from the pickup date and had this happen to the person renting I would offer them a full refund without hesitation.

Dustin’s camper rental included many small extras in the form of first-aid kits, games, camp lights, cleaning products, kitchen utensils, etc. that made the overall experience stress-free.

Great camper. Well taken care of and has plenty of items that come with it to make your trip easier. Dustin was super responsive with messaging and gave me the full rundown of the camper prior to our trip. Can’t recommend him enough!
