!NO BURNING MAN/ DESERT TRIPS!Pets are allowed, but an additional fee of $20 must be selected under Add-ons.Unless the trailer is returned in an unusually messy state, the preparation fee includes the cleaning fee. However, if the trailer is found to be excessively dirty upon return, it will undergo a thorough inspection, and an additional fee of $50 will be charged.The travel trailer doesn't include a generator, but you have the option to rent one as an Add-on. To operate the air conditioner and outlets, you will either need to use a generator or connect to an electrical hook up.Dumping fee planned is $85 (select add-on)
Dumping fee unplanned is $100Upon departure, the generator's gas tank will be filled to capacity and it is expected to be returned in the same condition. If the tank is not full upon return, a fee of $25 will be applied for refueling.Selecting for the generator as an add-on comes with a condition: if you happen to misplace the key fob, a charge of $80 will be applied.For the proper functioning of the septic tank, we kindly request that you use either the provided RV-rated toilet paper or your own RV-rated toilet paper. Avoid using regular toilet paper, napkins, or baby wipes, as they can lead to issues with the draining system. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.Please ensure that the septic tank is completely emptied. You are responsible for verifying this by checking that the monitor above the kitchen sink displays "Empty" when the black water button is pressed and held. Additionally, you must visually confirm that the tank is empty by shining a light into the toilet bowl and holding down the flush lever to see the bottom of the tank. If the tank is returned with visible toilet paper or the indicator shows any amount other than "Empty," a $100 fee will be charged. See the picture in Binder for reference.

5John Thank You So much and appriecate everything Your Nomad was wouderfull comfy and kept it just like as we mention was a nice experience with a trailor.wish in my days could of own one myself. I WOULD RECOMEND IT TO OTHERS MAYBE ONE DAY AGAIN CAN EXPERENCE A WEEKEND CAMPING MY ADULT GRANDKIDS LOVE IT..MADE NEW MEMORIES I KNOW THERE DAD WAS WITH THEM IN SPIRIT.ILOST MY SON THERE DAD TO COVID 2021 WAS 43YEARS MY ONLY CHILD.ITHANK YOU AGAIN .MOST OF ALL MY SON WAS WITH US IN SPIRIT .CAMPING AND FISHING AND SEEING US ALLOUT AGAIN WE NEEDED IT.. .THANK YOU AGAIN IT REALlY MEANT AlOT.. photo of mygrandson and husband grandaughter was only there Sat couple hrs..
