House Rules & Rental Policies
• No smoking or vaping inside the camper
• Pet friendly — please clean up after pets and do not leave pets unattended inside the camper
• No festivals, large parties, or events without prior approval
• Camper is delivery only and may not be moved during the rental period
• Guest must ensure camper will fit on Campsite
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
• Please treat the camper with care and respect as if it were your own
• Quiet hours must be observed according to campground rules
• No climbing or walking on the roof
• Awning must be retracted at night and during high winds
• Please do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels in the toilet
• All dishes should be washed and camper cleaned up on pick up day
• Guests must follow all campground rules and regulations
• We will empty tanks upon departure from campsite. If there is not an empty station available, there will be an additional fee (add on option). *If you anticipate a need to empty tanks DURING your stay please notify us ahead of time. As we may not be available mid stay (additional fee applies)
We want everyone to have a relaxing, enjoyable Upper Peninsula camping experience and appreciate guests who care for the camper responsibly.

Hi! We’re a local Upper Peninsula family who loves spending time outdoors and enjoying the beauty of life here in the U.P. We’ve spent most of our adult lives here and truly love the peaceful lifestyle, beautiful scenery, and strong sense of community that make the Upper Peninsula so special.
We have a large family and spend much of our free time at the lake, relaxing on our property, exploring the area, and making memories together. My husband works outdoors and knows the area well, so we’re always happy to share recommendations for scenic spots, local favorites, beaches, fishing areas, waterfalls, and hidden gems around Manistique and beyond.
We’re excited to share our camper and help others experience the beauty of the U.P., whether you’re visiting Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, exploring the lakeshore, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway. We look forward to hosting you and helping make your trip memorable!
